The Central Bank of the Russian Federation was established in 1860 and its headquarters is in Moscow. Another name is the Bank of Russia. The bank was established during the Russian Empire period, before the establishment of the Russian federation. The currency that the bank is responsible for printing is the Ruble, and the Ruble is traded in the international market with the abbreviation RUB.
